Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

The Service is designed for lawful, creative, and productive use. You may use the Service to:

• Generate AI videos for personal, commercial, or educational purposes
• Create content for social media, marketing, film production, or artistic expression
• Experiment with different AI models, prompts, and visual styles
• Use generated content in accordance with the applicable license granted by your subscription plan

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal under any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation of minors in any form
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals (including deepfakes)
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence
• Constitutes hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Is designed to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any individual
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm computer systems
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent) of any third party
• Impersonates another person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to mislead (including misleading political content)

3. Prohibited Activities

In addition to content restrictions, the following activities are prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Service without authorization
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features, rate limits, or credit systems
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without express written permission
• Using the Service in a way that disrupts or degrades its performance for other users
• Engaging in any activity that generates excessive load with the intent to disrupt the platform

4. Content Moderation

We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and prevent violations of this policy. We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove content that violates this AUP or poses a risk to user safety.

If you encounter content on our platform that you believe violates this policy, please report it to abuse@seedancee.io.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:

• Warning notice via email
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of your account
• Forfeiture of remaining credits without refund
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@seedancee.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service.
